Travel is just
the beginning.

We’re not building a travel podcast. We’re building a media company for curious people who explore the world, and travel is simply the first place curiosity took us.

A network that switches on one show at a time.

On the Map comes first and gets our full attention. Once it has found its audience, the same team and the same way of working will take on a small number of new shows, each one opening with people already waiting for it.

We’ll say more about each of them when it’s ready to be seen.

How the network works

One look, one sound

Every show shares a visual and sonic identity, and they promote each other the way a good radio network does, with hosts, guests and clips moving between them and bringing their audiences along.

Small teams, several shows

Each production team looks after more than one show, with guest booking, social video and commercial work shared across the network. It keeps us quick, and it keeps the effort on screen.

One recording, many forms

Each session becomes a full video episode, an audio podcast, a run of clips, a newsletter and a piece you can read. People create and AI scales, so a good conversation reaches people however they prefer to find it.

We own what we make

Every title is original and belongs to ON Media, which means the archive grows in value with every recording and keeps working long after an episode is published.

Better stories for audiences, deeper connections for brands.

There are audiences crying out for better stories about the things they love, told by people who love them too. We want to build a premium home for them.

There are also brands looking for audiences who are paying attention. We’d rather build a campaign that runs through the show, the clips, the newsletter and an event than sell a spot in an ad break, because a partnership the audience benefits from is the only kind that lasts.
